I absolutely love what I do! I have been a therapist for 20 years, and have enjoyed every day of it! I have the opportunity to walk with people on their journey, and see them grow stronger, and become the best they can be. I use techniques, such as experiential therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, to help individuals and couples move past their limitations and understand where they have been and where they want to go.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults in my office located in Mobile, Alabama. I provide individual, couple, and group counseling. My specialties are trauma, grief, substance abuse, and LGBT support. Often, I work with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I believe each person has the capacity to heal and grow once understanding takes place. I believe this happens in my office and I am very thankful to be a part of that journey.
